As ASK team we have been interacting, communicating and being associated with thousands of development professionals for last 17 years. During our journey of human resource development we have trained more than 8000 personnel. We also learned through experience, discussions (formal & informal) with national and international level deliberations that key to tangible results in development sector is integrated approach for HRD.

This conclusion lead ASK team to build a platform titled CDP (Centre for Development Professionals). CDP is unique in its approach, methodology and practices in human resource development as it believes in tangible results for individuals and organizations. ASK is initiating Human and Institutional development programs through the concept of “CDP”. It will offer programs all over Pakistan.
