Empowering Youth on Peace and Development

Description:

In this project 30 youth were trained on Empowering youth on Peace and Development on 09 different modules including Functional English, IT Skills, Pakistan & Japan History, Subject related discussions, Debate and Public speaking, Media, Arts & Crafts, Writing and music and Culture.

Women Economic Leadership Initiative

Client: OXFAM GB

Duration: August, 2012 – February, 2013

Description:

Before the implementation of the project KAP survey was conducted with 300 women in 18 districts of Pakistan to measure their knowledge, attitude and practice on human and women rights, community leadership, social accountability and knowledge management. The next stage was to bring awareness and build their capacities on the said topics; therefore, training sessions were conducted in Lahore and Karachi with 60 women leaders from all over Pakistan.

Managing Capacity Building & Training activities related to IDD/USI

Description:

MI (Micronutrient Initiative) outsourced training and capacity building activities for District Monitors, Health & Nutrition Supervisors, Focal Persons, LHV’s, Medical Officers, Sanitary Inspectors and Salt Processors for an effective implementation and efficient use of resources. ASK was selected after the thorough review and selection process by MI for managing logistic and financial management services of the trainees, trainers and the participants.
