Corporate Training
The Session will introduce concepts of development and development processes that shape the formulation of projects world wide and influence their outcomes. We will first address the problem of development theory and introduce major organizations which responsible for the development of projects and programs.
Drawing Pakistan’s experience with development planning, we will view development with in the social and economic change with in the country and its global commitment with the Millennium Development Goals. We will then go through the whole course contents and discuss the possibilities of using various analytical tools used in project analysis.
Objectives
- To understand, learn and practice the role of logical frame work methods in project planning, monitoring and evaluation
- To deepen the participants understanding in understanding project context and its development process in relation to LFA information needs

- Understanding the difference in various terminologies and how they are used
- Understanding and practicing various components of log frame
- Actual practice of developing log frame in individual projects context and its application across project cycle
