- 10 years (with Master’s degree) or 12 years (with Bachelor’s Degree) of relevant experience in managing health and development projects.
- Experience in supervising and managing a team.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Management Skills
- Experience in the management of HIV programs is an asset
- Demonstrated experience in developing and managing effective partnerships with government and civil society organizations in the area of health and development programmes is desirable
- Demonstrated experience managing complex projects is an asset
- Strong knowledge of UN or UNDP rules, policies and procedures desired
- Language Requirement: Fluency in English, both written and verbal required.
