𝐀𝐒𝐊 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 is urgently hiring for a resource for the post of “Research & Management Specialist

  • Department: HRD & Project Development
  • Reporting to: Department Head/CEO
  • Reported by: Team working under position holder, if any
  • Communication Channels: ASK Clients, Professionals in HRM & HRD in general and departmental heads in ASK.
  • Travelling: Occasionally, the position holder may require to travel within and outside Islamabad for business and project assignments. Boarding, lodging, and other detail are available separately in the policy.
  • Job Location: Islamabad

  • Objective of the Position: The position has an objective to serve the Consulting & Program Division in research, content writing and assistance in projects/programs. Which requires research, content writing and report writing, business development and support in the execution of HRM projects.
  • Tasks:   
    • Technical & business write- ups for research-based assignments. Content writing for projects, business initiatives, social media and organisational image building.
    • Writing, editing and revising content for research based assignments and marketing assignments and further organising information/records in a professional and credible manner.
    • Maintaining consistency in content writing by following company policies.
    • Working with the design team to create graphics and visuals for reports. 
    • Giving presentations to the executive board and clients as and when required.
    • Proactively develop and manage a network of subject experts.
    • Help in managing project activities and communication with its stakeholders.
    • Communication on social media, on phone and in client visits 
    • Activities of online and offline aiming at building organisational image. 
    • Research work on new project interventions and client’s database development. 
    • Maintenance of records for management information. 
    • Maintain partnerships and relationships with other organisations and professionals in order to expand resource & business base
  • Since, ASK is in HRM business projects, your JD may change according as we progress in the future. You will be required to undertake other activities but within HRM & HRD areas as directed by management.

 

  • Qualifications and Skills:
    • Graduation’s degree in social sciences, preferable is business administration.
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a program development environment.
    • Proven skills in writing and editing proposal content.
    • Proficient in English language with writing skills.
    • People friendly and open to meeting people
    • Close attention to detail and accuracy; personal initiative; and follow-up.
