- Education: Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, International Development Studies, Sustainable Development, Social Sciences or a closely related field, A university degree in the fields with additional 02 years of experience may be accepted in lieu of a Master’s degree.

- Experience:
- Up to 02 years (with Masters degree) of relevant work experience in handling communications and reporting of donor-funded projects OR
- Minimum 2 years (with Bachelor’s degree) of relevant work experience in handling communications and reporting of donor-funded projects
- Demonstrate experience working on reporting and communication with national and provincial governments and civil society organizations including community organizations;
- Professional knowledge of communications, social safeguard, and gender inclusion in projects;
- Computer Proficiency is a must including MS Office Suite;
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, writing, presentation, reporting and communications skills are required.
- Experience of working with UN system/international organizations/donors is required;
- Language Requirement: Demonstrate proficiency in oral and written English and Urdu.
