GENERAL JOB OBJECTIVE:
CRG /Community Implementation Coordinator in the health Sector is responsible for coordinating and facilitating the implementation of community health programs and initiatives. This role focuses on engaging with community members, organizations, and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of health-related projects that also address the needs of the community right and gender discrimination
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Program Coordination: Overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of community health programs, ensuring they are align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Community Engagement: Building and maintaining relationships with civil societies, Community worker and stakeholders to understand their needs, gather feedback, and foster collaboration.
- Assist in Mapping of community workers engaged in TB and other health programe
Plan and assist in conducting assessments and surveys to identify the key vulnerable population for TB and assist program in priority setting, resource allocation and implementation of intervention to improve access to TB care for KVP in the population . - Assist in planning to Ensure that programs and interventions are tailored to the needs of Key vulnerable population (KVPs) and are gender-responsive;
- Assist programe to develop and implement policies to Protect the privacy, confidentiality, and access to information for people affected by TB;
Plan and assist in developing strategies toward Ending TB stigma in the communities and discrimination against people with TB and assist in ensuring all people affected by TB have their privacy and confidentiality protected and have access to remedies when their rights are violated;
Advocate and Collaborate with internal and external partners to secure funding, resources, and support for community health initiatives.
Work closely with healthcare providers, community organizations, government agencies, and other stakeholders to coordinate efforts, share information, and leverage resources for community health improvement. - Collect and analyze data related to programs outcomes and impact, and preparing reports to communicate progress and results to Global Fund.
Providing training and educational resources to community members and partners to end TB stigma , enhance their understanding of health-related topics and promote healthy behaviors.
Elligibility:
- Qualification MBBS , MPH
- Max Age 45 Years
- Experience Minimum 7 Years working experience in Public Health Programs with 3 years working experience on a Managerial role
“MBBS with Master in Public Health. - Minimum 7 Years working experience Implementation of TB, AIDS & Malaria at community with 3 years working experience on a Managerial role.
Sound knowledge of community workers, intervention at community level. Familiarity with public health systems, disease surveillance networks, and reporting mechanisms. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities is required.
