GENERAL JOB OBJECTIVE:

Overall monitoring & evaluation (M&E) and of Prevention & Treatment activities under the Global Fund grant

Scope of Work:

The Manager M&E will closely work with the National TB Control Program and will carry out the following task
1.       Assist in development of NTP M&E road map and work plans
2.       Review, revise/update M&E tools and checklists
3.       Facilitate Implementation of national M&E plans in context of Global Fund Grant activities
4.       Collect and collate data for indicators included in performance frame work in context of GF grant
5.       Collect and collate data for WHO global TB report
6.        Assist in preparation of progress updates to the Global Fund and LFA and facilitate in the verification of Progree update report by LFA
7.       Periodic National data review, analyze trends, and assist in policy/strategy formulation, suggestion for  targeted intervention and operational research.
8.       Performance evaluation of SRS by periodic desk reviews and onsite visit, give feedback and follow ups  on progress
9.       Maintain effective liaison and effective coordination with  SRs and other program stakeholders .
10.   Assist Adviser TB and DNC TB /NC in data collation, analysis and preparation of presentations at the national and international forums
11.   Organize and assist in drafting TORs for both internal and joint external reviews.
12.   Assist in organizing surveillance meeting
13.   Collate and share data with program leads and designated team  member as purpose of designing surveys, operational research and developig implementation plans .
14.    Develop, organize and conduct capacity building plans  for monitoring staff.
15.   Work closely with MIS team for development/ maintenance & upgradation/modification of NTP MIS of treatment & prevention
Stay updated on new recommendation/guidleines on monitoring tools

Elligibility:

  • Qualification: MBBS , MPH
  • Max Age 45 Years
  • Experience Minimum 7 Years working experience in Public Health Programs with 3 years working experience on a Managerial role
  • MBBS with Masters in Public Health from HEC recognized University. Max Age 45 Years. Minimum 5 Years working experience in Public Health Programs  with 3 years working experience on a Managerial role. Candidates with experiance in TB programe will be preffered .
  • Sound knowledge of WHO Monitoring tools/indictors, strategies and guideline.
  • Familiarity with public health systems, disease surveillance networks, and reporting mechanisms, data analysis, and interpretation with  analytical, problem-solving skills .
  • Excellent report writing,effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders with strong organizational and project management abilities is required.”
