Job Description of Consultant Security Specialists
- Event Security Operations
Design and implement security protocols for TDAP’s events, including TEXPO, FOODAG,
Engineering and Healthcare Show, and WEXNET.
Ensure secure movement and accommodation of high-profile guests such as ambassadors and foreign dignitaries.
- Risk Assessment and litigation
Identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities for events and officials.
Develop mitigation strategies and implement preventive measures.
- Liaison and Coordination
Collaborate with local, national, and international law enforcement agencies. Supervise coordination with intelligence agencies for information gathering and threat analysis.
- Emergency Preparedness
Formulate emergency response plans, including evacuation procedures and crisis management strategies.
Conduct mock drills and tabletop exercises for event-specific scenarios.
- Monitoring and Reporting
Monitor real-time security conditions during events.
Provide regular security briefings and reports to TDAP leadership.
- Post Event Security Evaluation Report:
To provide post-event security evaluation analysis in order to find out loopholes during the event in order to take measures accordingly.
Educational Background/Experience:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree with minimum 10 year of experience in Security Operations including VIP protection and event security.
Proven track record of handling high-profile events involving diplomats and dignitaries.
In-depth knowledge of security protocols, threat assessment, and crisis management.
Strong liaison and communication skills with law enforcement agencies.
Ability to Work under pressure and manage large security teams.
Certification in Security Management (e.g., CPP, PSP) will be an added advantage
