Position: Customer Care Executive (META)
Location: Islamabad / Lahore / Karachi

Job Description:

  • Handle and respond to customer calls effectively and professionally.
  • Provide online support to customers regarding company services.
  • Follow up with the Operations team for fault rectifications exceeding 48 hours.
  • Create and close Network Trouble Tickets as required.
  • Maintain a record of faults for respective regions.
  • Execute special tasks assigned during duty hours

Hiring Criteria:

  • Qualification: Minimum graduate from a reputable university.
  • Communication Skills: Fluent in English and Urdu with a neutral dialect.
  • Experience: Preferably 6 months to 1 years of experience in customer service.
  • Salary: -Rs. 45,000 per month + (Performance-based incentives available).
  • Shift: Rotational shifts (monthly rotation).

Work From Home Option:

  • Option to work from home after 6 months of successful performance.

Requirements to work from home:

  • Own a laptop/system (Core i3 or higher).
  • Power backup (UPS/Generator).
  • Internet connection with speed higher than 4MB (other than PTCL).
  • Must have headgear (headset with microphone).
  • A separate workspace at home for work.
