- Education: Advanced university degree (Master’s or equivalent) in Anthropology, Political Science, Sociology, Development Studies or any other related field is required.

- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years (with master’s degree) or 7 years (with bachelor’s degree) of relevant experience in programme development and implementation at national or international level.
- Demonstrates commitment to UNDP’s mission, vision and values
- Good time management and interpersonal skills;
- Experience in integration of cross-sectional vulnerabilities in program design and implementation.
- Experience in programme development and implementation
- Displays cultural, gender, religion, race, nationality and age sensitivity and adaptability
- Strong intellectual and operational capacity in providing advisory services to stakeholders;
- Excellent written communication skills, with analytic capacity and ability to synthesize information
- Maturity and confidence in dealing with senior and high ranking members of national and international institutions
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a multicultural, multinational, multi-stakeholder setting and demonstrable ability to motivate people and work in a team setting
- Substantial level of self-organization, being methodical, setting priorities and pay attention to detail
- Focuses on impact and results
- Excellent computer skills, with MS. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Experience of coordination with Un agencies and government stakeholders.
- Language Requirement: Excellent command of written and spoken English & Urdu;
