ASK Development is urgently looking for a “Communications and Admin Associate (Female)”

- Education:
- Higher Secondary education is required. A university degree in communications, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related fields will be given due consideration, but it is not a requirement.
- Experience
- A minimum of 6 years (with a high school diploma) or 3 years (with a bachelor’s degree) of working collaboratively with international, national, and local stakeholders, implementing partners, and donors; working with international development bodies in collaboration with the government will be a bonus.
- Experience in the use of computers, office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.), database packages, and web-based management systems such as ERP.
- Experience in the development context with respect to climate change adaptation and mitigation.
- Experience in working in a demanding and time-bound environment.
- Experience in Data Analysis and dashboards management using relevant statistical and/or project management tools/software.
- Relevant field-based experience in reporting for implementing complex projects working with local community members and stakeholders.
- Experience in project content development especially for communication products (articles, press releases, talking points, project briefs, etc.), data compilation, and report writing.
- Experience in events management and administrative and logistic arrangements.
- Experience in managing and maintaining accurate records of all assets and inventory purchased under the grant
- Strong drafting, presentation, and Reporting Skills.

- Language Requirement:
- Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written English and Urdu. Knowledge of other local languages is an asset.
